It is our policy that customers supply the account details of their preferred freight carrier to enable us to dispatch goods using their freight account.
Should customers prefer for us to organize freight, we will dispatch the order using either Australia Post or Couriers Please and additional freight and handling fees will be added to the invoice.
Please use the “delivery instructions” field of the order page if you have any specific instructions, otherwise the order will be delivered as per the two paragraphs below.
As a general rule, deliveries to a PO Box or to rural Australia will be sent via Australia Post by registered mail. If there is no one to receive the parcel when it is delivered, a card will be left by Australia Post and you will be required to collect the package from the address noted on the card, usually the nearest Australia Post Office.
Deliveries to street addresses will generally be sent via Couriers Please. If there is no one to receive the parcel when it is delivered, a note will be left by Couriers Please and you will be required to contact them to arrange redelivery.
Important notes Please enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or to recover the goods wrongly delivered.
